I have a favorite cleaner that I wanted to share with you all.  Simple Green.  I love it, love, it, love it!

It can be found in the automotive section of your favorite discount store.  32 ounces of concentrated non-toxic cleaner will run you under $5.  I purchased a small spritzer at my local craft store for under $2.00.  I mixed one part Simple Green to 2 parts water.  I spray it right on my stamps and wipe them on a scrubbing pad - it even cleans Staz On!!!!!  When I am done working, I spray it on my work surface and wipe with a paper towel (it even removed my Color Wash spray).  This stuff is a miracle cleaner!

So, you are wondering if this will damage the adhesive bonding your cushion to your stamp?  Guess what - Simple Green is ineffective against adhesives and glues!  Go ahead, spray away.  And you will wonder why in the world you used to spend $4.00 on a teeny tiny bottle of stamp cleaner!  They even metion using it to clean rubber stamps on their web-site.

Oh, and I like it so much I even started using it for my regular cleaning (that is when I leave my studio long enough to clean!).  And, if you pre-spray stains on your laundry it helps remove stains (including oil based ones) it removed blood stains from an off-white polyester shirt I washed last week.

Give it a try - it has a 100% back guarantee from the manufacturer : )
