Rubber Pressing Service

We offer you a full rubber stamp manufacturing service. Our engraver will transform your artwork into fine, deeply etched magnesium engravings. We will then create a matrix mold for you and press you deeply etched, high quality, red rubber stamps. Rubber stamp pressing pricing and more information.

Return policy

It is our goal to produce high quality rubber stamps. We strive to provide our customers products that are free from defects. In the extremely rare occasion that an item slips past our stringent quality control process, we will immediately send a replacement upon notification. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously. We will not sell or rent your personal information in anyway.  The information you provide us upon checkout is used only to process your order.  We will not call or email you beyond the scope of specific orders placed with us should clarification be required.  We encourage you to join our Yahoo group if you would like to be notified of sales, contests, or other special events as this is the only way we will advertise to our customers.

Sales Tax

We are required by the State of Minnesota to collect and submit 6.5% sales tax on all purchases made by Minnesota residents.  Sales tax is automatically figured and added to your invoice at the time of check out.

Domestic Shipping Information
Due to the changes in the USPS fee structure, we will be shipping all shopping cart orders via USPS flat rate Priority mail effective immediately. The new rates are as follows:

Domestic:
Flat Rate Priority for $4.95 for entire purchase that fits in a flat rate mailer.  

Orders with multiple large items or more than 3 sheets of EZ mount will ship for $9.45 flat Rate box (if your order requires additional postage we will send you a new invoice reflecting that amount).

We include a nominal 35 to 55 cent handling fee to help cover the cost of printing mailing labels and trips to the post office, as well as additional packaging supplies that may be necessary to ensure your items arrive to you safely. All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance is optional at the buyer's expense. We can not be held responsible for packages once they leave our possession.

These items are shipped separately from other items on our site that use the shopping cart function. 
Due to this, we regret we are unable to combine shipping between these two categories.

* Regarding orders made through www.papercraftsource.com, all items placed on your wish list need to be copied and placed in an email sent to us at orders@alluringimpressions.com.  We will then send you an invoice of your items ordered.  Items purchased through www.papercraftsource.com, are not in our physical inventory, and are ordered twice monthly.  Please be aware that these items may take 2-3 weeks to be shipped to you.  Please contact us at service@alluringimpressions.com if you have any questions regarding this process.

Rush Orders
All rubber stamps are made to order on a first in first out basis.  If you need your stamps in an expedited fashion you can order rush processing.  There is a $25 fee to rush an order, as well as a $20 USPS express shipping fee.  If you purchase Rush order processing, we will make your stamps within 24 hours (sooner if possible) and mail them out to you using USPS Express Mail Overnight Shipping.  If you require your items immediately, please use the following button to add rush processing and shipping to your cart:

Domestic Insurance
Domestic packages sent USPS First Class mail can take 5-7 days from the date mailed until the time it is delivered.   Delivery Confirmation is included, however it is your option if you wish to insure your package.  Shipping insurance via USPS is $1.65 per $50 of coverage.   Delivery Insurance does not cover any loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address.  Although we take great care to package your items securely, we can not be responsible for packages once they have left our possession.  If you wish to insure your package, please use the following button to add USPS insurance to your item:

APO Shipping
We ship to APO addresses via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Orders to APO addresses require international customs paperwork which we will prepare at no additional cost to you. Because APO addresses are considered international destinations shipments to APO addresses are not eligible for discounted shipping incentives offered to US addresses. Package delivery times vary greatly to APO addresses, so you should allow extra time for receipt.

APO Insurance
Delivery Confirmation is included, however it is your option if you wish to insure your package.  Shipping insurance via USPS is $1.65 per $50 of coverage.  Delivery Insurance does not cover any loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. We ship all Canadian orders via Priority Mail International for $10 which is for merchandise weighing up to 4 pounds and fit inside a 9.5 x 12.5" envelope.

Canadian orders over this weight and size range will require the use of a Priority Mail International Box (limit of 20 pounds) rather than Flat mailer.  Please contact us for shipping rates on international orders which would require the use of this box.  Shipping fees for the flat rate box run about $24.  Insurance is optional at the buyers expense. We can not be held responsible for packages once they leave our possession.

Insurance for international packages must be requested at the time of order and we are also NOT responsible for packages sent uninsured.  Please e-mail us with any questions about shipping internationally.

International Shipping Information

International Shipping
The US Postal Service suggests that you should allow an average of 4 to 14 working days from the date shipped for them to deliver your package. Packages have also been known to sometimes spend more time than expected at the Customs in your country and as a result it is not unusual for a shipment to take up to 6 weeks.  We will not re-ship packages unless insurance was purchased, so please request insurance if you are worried about your package getting to you.  All international packages are sent air-mail unless it is more cost effective to use a Global Priority mailer.  We DO NOT SHIP TO NIGERIA.  No exceptions.  We also reserve the right to refuse service to any other overseas customers, for any reason, at our discretion.
